Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Once you complete your purchase and your payment is successfully authorized and verified, our system begins processing your order. This involves preparing your items for shipment, which includes picking, packing, and labeling.

The processing time typically ranges from 1 to 7 business days. This duration can vary depending on the specific product's availability, complexity, and vendor processing speeds. Customized or made-to-order items may require longer processing times.

Transit Time (Shipping Time) 

After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier. You will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Estimated transit times are as follows:

• United States/EU: 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is shipped.
• International Destinations: 10 to 20 business days from the date your order is shipped.

5. Product Shipping Origin

Mugila does not manufacture or warehouse products directly. After it is placed, we will route your order to one or more vendors based on the delivery location and product types in the order, which then produce and ship the order on behalf of the seller.

In some cases, orders with mixed types of products may come from multiple vendors, which means that your order could arrive in separate packages at different times.
